Hartmut Noell - Managing Director Development & Support

Already during his studies till 1991 Hartmut worked extensively as an independent software developer. By realizing a lot of extension modules and device interfaces for the process visualization market, his field of interest and future activity was determined already early.

The collected experiences Hartmut could then use for the first time at the Cetec Computersysteme GmbH, for which he first developed their Security-Management-System PAD by request and later headed the software development department as 50% shareholder.

In late 1994 Hartmut then founded the NSL Software GmbH with the intention to realize his imagination of a user-friendly and easy adaptable Building- and Security-Management-System.

Since the entry of Jan Meiswinkel into the comany and its renaming to Advancis Software & Services GmbH in early 2001, Hartmut is able to focus as technical director completely on the strategic development of the meanwhile extensive software package and coordinates the development team in Langen.

Jan Meiswinkel - Managing Director Sales & Marketing

Already since 1995 Jan Meiswinkel worked with an engineering firm in the security branch. Before his entry to Advancis, the educated architectural draftsman successfully placed one of the leading projecting works for fire safety documentation, first as single company, later as franchise group, on the German market.

In this context a collaboration with Advancis (at that time still NSL) was lending itself to round out the range of offers. After a successful cooperation of the two companies, in beginning of 2001 Jan became shareholder and was appointed as director for the sales department.

He is responsible for the entire company's sales and marketing orientation and the commercial processing. Besides this he actively takes part in the plannings for the further development of the software package and introduces here first of all the requests of the market.

From the location in Lippstadt Westfalen Jan coordinates the european sales activities as well as the German Representation Offices "North", "Central" and "South" and the cooperation with OEM-Partners.
