WinGuard - Alarm Management

Exceptional incidents (alarms, faults, etc.) in the linked systems trigger corresponding events in WinGuard and initiate predefined processing sequences.

If several workstations are used, the events are automatically routed to the responsible work-station(s). In addition, also manual forwarding with explicit hand-over / take-over is supported.

One of WinGuard‘s essential tasks is that of supplying the operator with comprehensive additional information and assistance in the context of the individual events and providing him with support in performing required steps.
Necessary actions such as swit-ching cameras in the concerned area, printing documents or notifying the intervention forces can be performed fully automated or on request.

By means of user alarms it is also possible to integrate events into the normal processing sequence which are reported in other ways (via phone etc.).
