Persons File / User Administration
All persons in contact with the system are administered centrally in a file. In addition, personal data can also be accessed at runtime from a customer database. Access rights can be assigned conveniently via user profiles. For each user the user interface can be individually designed and control rights can be defined down to the datapoint level.
Archive / Logs / Reports
All activities in the system are logged, all events are archived with their complete processing steps. The logs and the archive can be accessed via variable filters. Every event in the archive can be completely redisplayed. Information from the archive and the logs can be compiled to create freely designable reports.
Schedules
By means of schedules, the behavior of the system (controls, actions) can be defined in dependency on the system time.
